Photos: Lockheed Martin F-35 and Its Radar Absorbing Material

Fort Worth, Texas is a place, where the world’s most advanced aircraft takes its final shape.

Lockheed Martin has a special paint-job facility, where the F-35 gets final stealth coating. The technology used in the process, is highly classified as it makes the plane invisible to any radar.

Post assembling and before it can take flight, three laser-guided robots apply the (RAM) to each of Lockheed Martin’s F-35 Lightning II variant aircraft.
